Rima has completed her studies at Vilnius Gediminas University of Technology and Mykolas Romeris University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in "Business Management" and a master's degree in "Economics of knowledge".

She has been working in this field since 2010. Starting as a project manager at the company, she has developed a passion for assisting clients, employees, and individuals in general.
