    Company description

    Our client is an experienced company in the field of IT solutions in the Baltic countries and supplier of IT infrastructure.


    Responsibilities/job description

    • Conduct daily activities to ensure company’s growth.
    • Set and achieve long-term strategic goals.
    • Build efficient and profitable relationship with customers, identify business opportunities, lead negotiations and close business deals, permanently explore the market and be aware of it’s condition and latest tendencies.
    • Set up meetings with clients’ decision-makers and company leaders.
    • Work closely with team, vendors, partners, and group companies.
    • Effectively manage existing clients and ensure and improve clients’ satisfaction. Think ahead by presenting solutions and services that meet/predict clients' future needs.
    • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
    • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients to do business with the company.
    • Work closely with technical staff and other colleagues to meet customers’ needs.


    Job Requirements

    • Higher education in Economics (preferably).
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
    • Required/preferred spheres: IT, electronics, automatization, printing business.
    • Proficient knowledge and understanding of project management and sale of services.
    • Languages: fluent Latvian (spoken/written), intermediate English and/or Russian (spoken/written).
