Our client is an experienced company in the field of IT solutions in the Baltic countries and supplier of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities/job description
- Conduct daily activities to ensure company’s growth.
- Set and achieve long-term strategic goals.
- Build efficient and profitable relationship with customers, identify business opportunities, lead negotiations and close business deals, permanently explore the market and be aware of it’s condition and latest tendencies.
- Set up meetings with clients’ decision-makers and company leaders.
- Work closely with team, vendors, partners, and group companies.
- Effectively manage existing clients and ensure and improve clients’ satisfaction. Think ahead by presenting solutions and services that meet/predict clients' future needs.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that convince potential clients to do business with the company.
- Work closely with technical staff and other colleagues to meet customers’ needs.
Job Requirements
- Higher education in Economics (preferably).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Required/preferred spheres: IT, electronics, automatization, printing business.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of project management and sale of services.
- Languages: fluent Latvian (spoken/written), intermediate English and/or Russian (spoken/written).
